TOTAL GORDAN ROAD
This project was a knock down and rebuild of an existing Total filling station. This new spec Total service station has a Café Bonjour internally and 4 Pump islands externally. In addition the facility has a state of the art rain water harvesting system that catches all the storm water from the roof, and uses it to flush the toilets inside the building.
- The Contract program was 20 weeks which included the demolition of the old service station as well as two adjacent residential properties
